You will need banana plugs on your speaker wire to connect to the Naim Uniti Nova.
The Naim Uniti Nova does have WiFi built-in, however we always recommend a wired Ethernet connection if possible.
Like all amplifiers, the Naim Uniti Nova will sound great right out of the box but it will sound even better after 50+ hours of use.
